For last 3 months phone calls are coming at my residential phone no 033-24250002, twice in the midnight from Manappuram Control Room. I took up the issue with customer care of your Kerela office when I was assured for stopping the menace. Also I contacted Mr. I.R.Iyre, Regl. Mktg. Mgr at Kolkata several times without any reprive. I am spending sleepless nights incliding my children and family mbers and 80 year old muther. This causes mental and physical torture on all of us for more than 90 days. I registered complaint with BSNL who advised.me to lodge FIR with Police. I have to take some action if Senior officers of Manappuram do not act withon 3 days next. PK Basu 9433044227
