My father is an allottee of a house. Me his daughter is a co-allotte of the house. Loan has been sanctioned based on my salary. In the loan my name comes first and my father second. Now my father wants to give settlement to me. For this settlement in the registrar office the registrar wants the original document which has been deposited in the offfice. Now will i be able to get a certificate from lichfl stating that the original is with them and a noc from lichfl for the above settlement.
