i m fed up with ur custmer care services ... my tablet is undersupervision of ur centre M/s siya electronics .. from the date 15/10/2012 ..job sheet no R1210f2092326 ...

i want my money back ... due to their illitrate behaviour ...all time they gave me only sympathy or returns back my tablet ..

what to do ...plzzz help me ..can anyone ... or shd i go to consumer court ..

sir actuly maine apne mobile  noida sector 18 ke pass service center mai mobile repaire ke liye diya tha, jo ki 40 days se uper ho gya hai bt avi yak mujhe ioska koi resulation ni mila hai
so,pls  ap is subject ko serious lekar hamara problem short out kare

My Name is Gaurav Masoon. I have purchased New Micromax Unite A-106 Mobile on 19th Oct'2014 from Meerut. Within 2 months of purchasing, my set got switch off automatic.

I went to Service Centre (Care Centre_Ganga Plaza Mrt) on 13-Dec'14 to resolve this issue.They told me that "There was a mother board issue which could not be resolved from their end. Set to be dispatched to the company to resolve this issue & you had to wait between 15 to 20 days for getting your set". It was such a very long time to me although i aggred for the same.  

After a long time (20 Days), I went again for getting my set but as per your service centre, they didn't receive my set from the company.

They told me "You had to wait till 20-Jan'15 and also they were not sure, whether till 20 Jan'15 they would return my set or not"

1. Pls let me know i switched from Other Mobile Product to Micromax Mobile Product. Was this my mistake?.
2. I paid handsome money for this set inspite of this, i am not using it before 30 Days.
3. Is 30 day not a very long time?.  
4. Why i have not given any replacement if there was a long time period issue.  
5. I lost my business due to this service. Who will be responsible for this.
6. I am very frustrated. I want New H/set or money back within a single day.

Pls look into this case and do the needful on top most priority

      hum ek dukandar bol rahe hai, or humara shop jamshedpur k pass chandil m hai, jahan se aap ka service center mark servises sakchi m hai 40 k.m dur hai. main khud customer ka hand set leke wahan gya, to unhono kaha ki customer ko khud aana hoga or jiske naam per bill hua hai use hai aana hoga. nahi to hum  cell received nahi plz help me

This is to bring to your kind attention that I purchased Micromax A-94 bolt...on 9th April 2014.due to some technical problem I submitted it at your service center.. M/sAvj communication; Hudson lane;kings way camp on15th October 2014 and I have not got my handset till today.. 16th Feb 2015..sir I am really upset with the response..I called up many times at the customer center but of no use...they tell me to wait for another one week. My complaint no is-2201151674...sir kindly help.sir it is more than four months a customers its my right to take necessary actions.
