Wrong information in cibil site

Question

I am Sanjay Kumar, Pan No. AXQPK3796E, My status is shown are wrong thats 25000Rs. overdue in my account, But I have no loan from any bank except I have a HDFC Bank credit card that's Limit is 25000Rs. and not a single time my payment is due to next billing month. I have no use my credit card from last six month approx. and my due is zero, so please help me for this matter because I want a home loan from bank but the overdue payment  shown in my account, that's wrong......Please help me.....

My name is chintan soni,Vadodara,Gujarat and my PAN no is EGYPS5976M but there is loan outstanding on my name!!!!hw is it possible? Kindly help me i think that somebody has given you wrong information......Kindly do the needful...................
