How to Remove my Name form CIBIL

Hi

 

Priviously i had a loan with HDFC and we had paid it full , but as we have relocated to bangalore (Company changed nad Salary Bank Changed)so i was not using the privious Bank account hence i chq got bounced against the LOAN EMI , but where as we have paid it in full every time after due date (HDFC Executive use to collec the Amount ) now when i approched for Personal loan with HDFC they came back with saying my Name is existing In Cibil Please help me to remove my name from CIBIL

I am to intimate that I have raised mortgage loan from Bank of Rajesthan amounting to Rs. 9,00,000/-  on 05/02/2007 (copy attached) which was migrated to ICICI Bank as home loan with effect from 01/04/2011.   As Bank of Rajesthan was taken over by I.C.I.C.I Bank (copy of Migrated loan attached).  Both the loan account mentioned in cibil case are the same.

It is requested to kindly close the loan account of Rs. 9,00,000/- of Bank of Rajesthan accordingly.
