I want an invisible spy cam the records to my computer?

I will be having problems with a stalker. I want evidence he is trying to enter my daughter's bedroom and doing property damage. I need so that I could simply take the file to court an invisible spy cam that will record to my computer.

I have already been looking on e-bay but you will find really so many I have not a hint where you can begin.

That would be loads evidence, if all efforts fail I would just obtain a nanny cam teddy bear thing and just place it on her dressing table, and they generally work charms.
