Dear Sir,My account CHET1965 with your Vashi branch.I had purchased 100 shares of Cox and King @ Rs241 on 17th Dec 2015.My order was placed around 11 am.I received confirmation from my RM Mr Ashish that shares were purchase for Rs241.On the same day by 8 pm i received your SMS that order exection was done by 3pm.There was no rate given.today when i downloaded the application i saw that purchase was made for Rs249.I rang up Vashi office but was not given satisfactory answer.The amount is not big but what matter is TRUST.Same thing used to happen in Motilal Oswal so we closed our account there and shift here.I request you to look into the matter urgently.
