and here is the transaction from my SBI account:

However, because the web page where I'm supposed to enter credit
card/credit limit information shut down, I was not able to enter this

PS: Today I received an SMS saying please send your payment confirmation form with identity and address proofs to the CIBIL address. Can I send soft copies?
